2.SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.
Once orders are dispatched, customers will automatically receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. All orders are sent via royal mail 48 hour GPS tracked
3.RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales made via our website are final.
We do not accept or offer cancellations, returns or refunds (due to hygiene reasons).

WE ADIVISE DOING AN ALLERGY PATCH TEST BEFORE HAND, JUST INCASE A REACTION HAPPENS DISCARD OF THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATLEY.
We do not recommend our products that contain essential oils to be using on children under the age of 2 years older except the Rescue Cream.
Please also bare in mind that everyone's skin is different, results that are shown in reviews are from real customers that have used GloFre Skin products are not guaranteed to be the same for every person, however similar results are achievable but again NOT guaranteed.
