SHIPPING & DELIVERY
-We currently ship within the UK & Internationally
-It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, GloFre Skin assumes no responsibility. We are unbale to offer a refund or send a new package out unless it is purchased again.
-Orders take 48 hours (excluding weekends) to be dispatched
-We offer 48 tracked delivery via royal mail- all parcels are GPS tracked with the location of delivery.
-If you have not received your order or would like to enquire about your order, kindly contact us via email: Info@glofre-skin.com and we will look into this further for you.
-If royal mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave you a red card for you to either collect your parcel from the local post office or to rebook a delivery when it's convenient for you.
-All orders should be checked within 48 hours of receiving them, and if there are any problems, please contact us within the 48 hour time frame. We require all customers to submit evidence if there is an issue with your package or/ and products. Without this information we cannot make a claim with Royal Mail.
Customs Fees & Import Duties Policy
Please be advised that if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are applied by your local customs authority and are not included in our pricing. Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by you upon delivery of your order.
We have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely between countries. For more details on possible fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Note: If customs fees are not paid, and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or other fees incurred from your refund.
