Refund policy

All sales made via our website are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, whether opened or unopened. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, as we cannot verify if an item has been tampered with once it leaves our facility.


We offer exchanges if an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please email a photo of the damaged product to info@glofre-skin.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly replace the item and may request that you return the damaged product. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are handled at our discretion.
